Annual report and audited financial results
IRP is endowed with a paid-up capital of CHF 100,000.-. Its resources consist of donations, bequests, inheritances, subsidies by the authorities and income from fundraising or other charity events. The Foundation funds are invested according to the relevant legal requirements.
IRP accounts are closed on 31 December of each year. These accounts are submitted to the PriceWaterhouseCoopers auditors, nominated by the Board, who then present a written report. In 2014, the IRP Foundation has taken over the integrality of the activities of its sister Foundation IFP in Zurich. The audited accounts downloadable below concern the period following this merger.
Fund management is handled by Pictet Asset Management SA; the accounts are kept by Banque Pictet & Cie SA.
